Custom Work Examples

Jan loves to do custom work!! In fact, when she owned her jewelry store, custom work was her specialty. She has successfully designed and made thousands of custom pieces for her clients through the years. This experience is applied to all custom breed jewelry pieces.

Only breed studies that are in production can be used for custom work. If you have a particular design in mind, send us your thoughts, and we will make it, or visit our design idea pages for many different designs. Once a design is agreed upon, Jan will send you a picture of the wax model on a size graph, an estimate or an exact price, and an approximate delivery date for your approval.

When the wax model is approved, we will need your credit card information and a deposit to finish the project.

After the model is okayed - we cast in gold or silver, and finish the piece up. Upon completion, and ready to ship payment in full is required.

Our final product comes with a guarantee of your satisfaction. You always have 30 days to return the piece for a full refund*. We also stand behind our work, 100%, with a Lifetime Workmanship Warranty. This means, simply, if anything should go wrong due to our workmanship, we will repair or replace it for free.

 

* The only time this does not apply, is when we have to specialize the piece with a name or logo, however, if there is a problem with any of these, we also want to know.
